YCI is governed by an independent Board of Directors comprised of prominent leaders in the community. A voluntary Advisory Board which involves professionals in the business community, government, education, labor, and human services provides valuable guidance by assisting the management team in particular areas
of expertise.

Youth Co-Op’s mission is to promote the social well-being of Florida residents through education, employment, and empowerment.

Core Purpose
In order to address a full spectrum of needs within the community, Youth Co-Op, Inc. continues its commitment to youth, but also serves adults, families, and recent immigrants who may be unemployed or underemployed, economically disadvantaged, or face barriers to employment.
