viewpoints in order to forecast how these issues will affect our
participants; while delivering excellence in service and earning the
respect of those who entrust us to carry out our mission each day.
Maria
Rodriguez - President
Oversees all facets of YCI operations with a budget exceeding $25
million. Ms. Rodriguez has over 30 years of experience in human
services program management. She successfully earned a Bachelor
Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and
successfully passed the Florida CPA exam. She is certified as a
Florida Workforce Professional and earned a Certificate in Human
Resources Management. She has served on the Workforce Florida, Inc.
Board of Directors.
Alicia
Sante - Director of Programs
Takes charge of all of the day-to-day programmatic operations of YCI.
Ms. Sante, one of YCI’s early volunteers, has over 30 years of
experience in employment and training programs with a strong emphasis
in project management. She develops and implements policies and
procedures and has overseen YCI’s operations grow from a single
office to over two dozen locations. She successfully earned a
Bachelor Degree in Professional Management.
Jorge Pichardo
- Director of Finance
Directs the accounting and financial oversight of YCI. Mr. Pichardo
has an extensive background in management and ensures compliance with
state and federal regulations. He has earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree with extensive coursework in Business.
Connie Perez-Borroto - Director of
Research and Development
Assists the President in the coordination of agency matters and
policy-making. Ms. Perez-Borroto, oversees the agency’s research and
development activities. She successfully earned a Bachelor Degree in
Professional Management.
Jorge Costas - Employer
Services Coordinator
Coordinates all of the agency’s business services activities. Mr.
Costas has over ten years of experience in providing
performance-driven workforce services and is responsible for ensuring
project performance outcomes. He has successfully completed
coursework toward a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and he
designs and implements special projects for YCI.
