RAP APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

Who qualifies for this Online Appointment Service?

All clients who are requesting for the first time Cash, Medical and Food Stamp benefits from the Department of Children and Families, and who were provided with a Refugee Assistance Program (RAP) letter (see the sample picture at the end of the page) to be signed in our office.

Todos los clientes que solicitaron por primera vez beneficios en efectivo, médicos y cupones para alimentos del Departamento de Niños y Familias y recibieron una carta titulada Refugee Assistance Program (RAP) (ver la imagen de muestra al final de esta pagina) para ser firmada en nuestra oficina.
