DID YOU KNOW?

If your household income is $53,000 or less, you can: File your taxes, and claim
your tax credits using the free tax preparation services of Youth Co-Op. We are
IRS-certified volunteers who provide tax preparation services and counseling
free of charge. No hidden fees.!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

• Original Social Security Card (s)
• Valid picture ID
• W2’s, forms for all jobs worked in 2015
• All 1099’s – 1098’s, if any
• Voided bank check (if you want direct deposit)
• Last year tax return (if available)
• Child care provider name, address, and tax ID (ask to school’s director about
  this information).

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA): Offers free tax help to people who generally make
$53,000 or less; persons with disabilities, the elderly and limited English speaking taxpayers
who need assistance in preparing their own tax return. IRS-certified volunteers provide
free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals.
