Our Work

Youth Co-Op is an organization whose focus is to serve individuals in their quest to become financially independent and self-sufficient. For 50 years it has been changing the lives of thousands through training, access to jobs and mentoring. A customer-friendly approach in service delivery is YCI’s trademark. Staff and management combine the business acumen with the non-profit principle of bettering the communities in which we operate.

Since 1973, Youth Co-Op has been dedicated to empowering individuals across the United States through education. The first pillar of our e³ philosophy—education—serves as the cornerstone of our mission, providing a strong foundation for all the services we deliver.

Employment

Youth Co-Op is committed to equipping those we are honored to serve with the skills needed to thrive in the workforce and secure rewarding employment opportunities. We assist our clients by fostering pathways to meaningful careers and professional growth.

Empowerment

Youth Co-Op believes that by assisting people to improve their education and enter employment, we help to empower them to lead rewarding, self-sufficient lives. Each day, our trained professionals empower individuals.
