To promote the social well-being of Florida youth and families through education, employment, and empowerment, or e3.

Our E3 Philosophy

  • Education: Since 1973, Youth Co-Op has educated individuals in the U.S. The first “e” of our e3 philosophy, our mission to educate, forms a solid foundation upon which rests all of the other services we offer.
  • Employment: Youth Co-Op is committed to equipping those we are honored to serve with the skills needed to thrive in the workforce and secure rewarding employment opportunities. We assist our clients by fostering pathways to meaningful careers and professional growth.
  • Empowerment: Youth Co-Op believes that by assisting people to improve their education and enter employment, we help to empower them to lead rewarding, self-sufficient lives. Each day, our trained professionals empower individuals.
